NO. 1957051 SECTION 12060- 2535 THAT PORTION OF LOT 18, BLOCK A, BAYSHORE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 140 AND 141, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
