BEING LOT 16, BLOCK 11, UNIT NO. 3, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 56 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 765 HOMESTEAD ROAD S., LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33974; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on December 30, 2013 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
