NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056282 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and CONSIGLIA FAUGHT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 46 AND 47, BLOCK 846, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECOREDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
