NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050308 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff, and KENNETH J. BRENT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT N-102, OXFORD POINTE II CROWN COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3611, PAGES 1044 THROUGH 1202, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
