NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054679 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and DARWIN D. HARWOOD A/K/A Darwin Dae Harwood, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK A, NORTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
