NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-051864 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and PATRICIA BIALO A/K/A PATRICIA A. BIALO; MATTHEW D. BIALO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100062604273016354);, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 30 day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 6024, UNIT 95, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 40 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
