NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-051011 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and JUANITA S. LUCKE; VILLAGES ON COURT SIDE LAKE I AT BRECKENRIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRECKENRIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIA CARD SERVICES, NA F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, NA;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 209, VILLAGES ON COURT SIDE LAKE I, AT BRECKENRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2267, PAGES 4088 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
