NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054782 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., 9000 Southside Boulevard, Building 400, Jacksonville, FL 32256, is the Plaintiff over Joanne Fredrickson, Kenneth Fredrickson, defendants., I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 26 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF LEE AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 3668 AT PAGE 1591 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 856, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
