NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-055229 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc. CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005-HYB7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HYB7, is the Plaintiff and Jessica R. Ambrozewicz, Neil D. Blankenbuehler, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2317, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 114 TO 130, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
