NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058368, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DAVID F. MYERS, JR.; ANGELIQUE M. MYERS A/K/A ANGEL M. MYERS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; FIRST FAMILY FINANCE, INC.; ALL ABOARD DAY CARE, INC.; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 2321, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 TO 130, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
