NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051842, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and CAROL RELISH; KERRINE MCCALLUM A/K/A KERRINE MCCALLUM JAMES; TRESCOTT JAMES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PRINCIPIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COCONUT GROVE CONSTRUCTION CORP.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4, BUILDING 262 AND AN UNDIVIDED PERCENT OF INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PRINCIPIA GARDENS VILLAS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 1010, PAGE 20 AND AS AMEDNED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
