NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed August 30, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-055287, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE VEDRINE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE VEDRINE; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
