FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ROBYN L. HAMILTON A/K/A ROBIN LEEANN HAMILTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBYN L. HAMILTON A/K/A ROBIN LEEANN HAMILTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “D”, UNIT 2, MCGREGOR GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
