NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-CA-053313 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Wilma Nolen as Trustee for the Wilma Nolen Trust, Dated February 28, 2007; Wilma Nolen a/k/a Wilma B. Nolen; Glenn Nolen; Carol L. Sands; Terrill Nolen a/k/a Westley Nolen; Unknown Tenant#1; Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 16, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 4, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 1 THROUGH 101, AND DEED BOOK 248, PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
