NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed September 4, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058498 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ADNAN AHMEDIC, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
