NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 02, 2013, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-54001 (T) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and THOMAS W. JOHNSON, JR., SHANNON LYNN SAPP, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A HAROLD J. HAWKINS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Novemer 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 4566, CAPE CORAL UNIT 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 100 THROUGH 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
