NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed September 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055740 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA4 Trust, Plaintiff and Jeffrey Rubin and Larysa V. Rubin, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK DD, WHISKEY CREEK CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
