NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 29-2011-CA-001440 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and JERRY LEE ROSSITER A/K/A GERALD LEE ROSSITER; JOSEPH ROSSITER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
