NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 026128, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUAN M. DE LA GARZA; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT 366 FEET WEST AND 330 FEET NORTH FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NEW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE NORTH 330 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE 66 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST LINE TRAVERSED 330 FEET; THENCE WEST 66 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
