NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause of action in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
108 Hillside Drive, Seffner, Florida 33584, more particularly described as: The West 70 feet of the East 290 feet of the North 140 feet of the South 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 2, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
(“the Property”),
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with the said Final Judgment and with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 7, 2013, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
