NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-021827 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, AMSTRUST BANK, Plaintiff, and, FLANAGAN, LAUREN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 27TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIPTION: THE WEST 18.83 FEET OF THE EAST 58.47 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 1, FLETCHER'S MILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 26, SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
