Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, PINE CREST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE(S) 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 414 Pine Bluff Drive, Lutz, FL 33549, on OCTOBER 4, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
