Defendants, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 18, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated May 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-021992, DIVISION: I, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAG STAR BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD L. FLOM a/k/a EDWARD LOUIS FLOM; JEANETTE K. FLOM a/k/a JEANNETTE KING FLOM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD L. FLOM a/k/a EDWARD LOUIS FLOM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNETTE K. FLOM a/k/a JEANNETTE KING FLOM; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TRNANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 16 AND ALL OF LOT 17, BLOCK 11, BAY VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
