NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002168 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Milan Reskovic, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest to Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, National City Bank, Mara Reskovic, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Mio Reskovic, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
