NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-023754 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WFMBS 2004-BB, is the Plaintiff and Amy S. Borden, Hunter's Key Homeowners Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 16, HUNTER'S KEY TOWNHOMES AT NORTH PALMS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
