NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-017327 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee For The Certificate Holders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Kings Mill Townhome Owners Association, Inc., Ramon Paulino, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
