NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006816 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Myrna E. Carbajo, Tenant #1 NKA Mickey Clark, Whispering Oaks of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

H, BUILDING 56, OF WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGE 616, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16106, PAGE 477 AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
