NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-000785 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Justin W. Becotte, Tenant #1 N/K/A Rebecca Brown , Vineyard of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 135, BUILDING NO. F, OF THE VINEYARD, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4154, PAGE 1090, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 7, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
