NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-001013 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Eli Alvarado a/k/a Eli S. Alvarado, Rosalind Alvarado, Kingsway Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, KINGSWAY PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
