NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008357, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, TMTS SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and STEVEN A. MCFERREN; CATHY J. MCFERREN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMEFIELD FINANCIAL, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY DBA FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A CORPORATION; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, OF BROOKGREEN VILLAGE II SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
