BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and DANIEL RAMOS AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL RAMOS; JOHN DOE AND MARY DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; BANK OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, PARNELL'S SUB, UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
