NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013 entered in Civil Case No 13-CA-002597 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, Pat Frank the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit.
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 5 AND ALL OF LOT 6, BLOCK 38, MAP OF EAST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
