NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-009188 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and RYAN WALKER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, SABAL POINTE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN WALKER, N/K/A SARA WALKER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of September, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 30, TOWNHOMES AT SABAL POINTE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Page 53-57, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
