NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-004230 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and TINA J. BROWN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA J. BROWN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of September, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 6, Greenewood Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
