Meeker Zayas also known as Mary R. M. Zayas, Hunter's Green Community Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Coldwell Banker Home Loans, Parkside Neighborhood Association of Hunter's Green, Inc., Raoul E. Zayas, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Mary R. Meeker Zayas also known as Mary R. M. Zayas, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
