BEING THE SAME PROPRETY CONVEYED TO SHARON PAGLIA BY DEED FROM LYNNANNE CLEMENT KISLIN A/K/A LYNNANNE CLEMENT RECORDED 03/09/2000 IN DEED BOOK 10081 PAGE 1769, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
