NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002636 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and David Jaimes, Crystal R. Cox, Jane Doe N/K/A Demaris Rodriguez, John Doe (Named Refused), LVNV Funding, LLC, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Broward County, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 6 AND 7, IN BLOCK 2, BEARSS HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 24, AS REDORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
