NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029621 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association As Trustee For The Certificateholders Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC1, is the Plaintiff and Charmaine Davis, Melvin Davis, Jr., John Doe N/K/A Melvin Davis, III, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
