NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009087, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ISAC 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and CRUZ HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRUZ HERNANDEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A IMPAC LENDING GROUP; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
