NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013499 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Louise L. Voltaire, South Bay Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Thomas Healy, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
