NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-004023, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA SANCHEZ A/K/A PATRICIA P. SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA SANCHEZ AKA PATRICIA P. SANCHEZ; W.S. BABCOCK CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 16, THENCE RUN SOUTH 88°15'00” WEST 35.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, THENCE SOUTH 02°01'31” EAST 35.00 FEET (SAID LINE BEING PARALLEL TO AND 35.00 FEET WEST OF THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4) THENCE SOUTH 88°15'00” WEST 70.47 FEET (SAID LINE BEING PARALLEL TO AND 35.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 02°15'08” EAST, 125.09 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88°15'14” WEST, 60.73 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02°15'08” WEST, 125.08 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88°15'08”, 60.73 FEET (SAID LINE BEING PARALLEL TO AND 35.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
