NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-016315 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-BC6, Plaintiff, and, TYLER JR, RAYMOND, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1ST day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property:
All of Lot 10 and that part of Lot 11 in Block “B” of HILL-DALE HEIGHTS OF BRANDON, described as being at the East most corner of Lot 11, and run Northwesterly along the Northeasterly Boundary 14.64 feet Southwesterly 120 feet to a point on the Southwesterly Boundary of Lot 11, Thence Southeasterly 25 feet to the South most corner of Lot 11, and Thence Northeasterly 120 feet to Point of Beginning, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 37, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
