NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000571, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS2 is the Plaintiff and DIANA CURLIN N/K/A DIANA CARDILLO; LUKE T. CARDILLO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) in possession are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, LESS THE EAST 2.57 FEET THEREOF, REVISED MAP OF UNIT #10 OF BEL-MAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
