NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-002523, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and KRISTEN M. INGLE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FSB and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY BUTTING ON THE SOUTH, GOLF VIEW PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 98, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
