NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-023366 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association Fka The Bank Of New York Trust Company, N.A. As Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. As Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Alan Jones, as Trustee of the Acevedo Family Trust dated the 3rd day of August 2004, Hillsborough County, State of Florida, Alejandro Acevedo, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Southstar Funding, LLC, Adrianne M. Smith, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Angela M. Stebbins, Tenant #1 NKA Tasheka Boone , The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Acevedo Family Trust dated the 3rd day of August 2004, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 335 AND 336, FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
