NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001285 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and William J. Martineau, Colonial Bank f/k/a Colonial Bank, N.A., Harbour Island Community Services, Inc., Island Master Association, Inc., Island Place Condominium Association, Inc., John Doe n/k/a Robert Earl, National City Bank, Cynthia E. Roy, The North Neighborhood Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 9-758, ISLAND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 10638, PAGE 1815, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
