NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 029830 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF15 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF15, is the Plaintiff and Tara J. Cooper, Wayne A. Williams, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Nationpoint, a division of National City Bank, State of Florida, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
