NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-054083, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. BAY CITIES BANK is the Plaintiff and LOGAN DISPOSITION, LLC and LASSITER A. MASON are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
The West 24 feet of Lot 16, Block 3, FULLER'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 68, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with the South 1/2 of vacated alley abutting the West 24 feet of Lot 16 on the North.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 1523 W. North B Street, Tampa, Florida 33606-1617. The Property Folio number is 183712-0000.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
