NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-008723, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and JUAN GARCIA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. F/K/A BARNETT BANK, N.A.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LIME FINANCIAL SERVICES, LTD.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AILEEN DEMATTA; ESPERANZA SAUCEDO; JOAN J. THE WEST 59.00 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE EAST 32.00 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1, BYARS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
