Commencing at a point, said point being on the northerly right of way line of West Allison Court and being the southeast corner of said Lot 9, with adjacent Lot 8 of said subdivision; thence running with said right of way line N89 degrees 11'19”W, a distance of 40.00 feet to the westerly boundary line of said Lot 9; thence departing said right of way line and running with the westerly boundary line of said Lot 9, said line also being the easterly boundary line of adjacent Lot 10 of said subdivision, N00 degrees 00'18”E, a distance of 44.28 feet to a point, said point being 81.15 feet from the southerly right of way of Woodlawn Avenue and being the point of thence continue with said line, N00 degrees 00'18”E, a distance of 81.15 feet to the southerly right of way line of Woodlawn Avenue; thence departing said line and running with said right of way line N89 degrees 29'52” E, 40.00 feet to the easterly boundary line of said Lot 9, said boundary line is also the westerly boundary line of adjacent Lot 8 of said subdivision; thence running with said line, S00 degrees 00'18”W, a distance of 81.50 feet to a point, said point being 44.61 feet from the northerly right of way line of West Allison Court; thence departing said line and running S90 degrees 00'00”W, passing the rear of adjacent building to the south and being 5 feet therefrom, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
